Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.

Some of your MailSurgeon Personal information will be visible publicly or will be visible to other MailSurgeon users: your name, your country, your profile picture, your MailSurgeon ranking and MailSurgeon achievement, and your activity on MailSurgeon (Including but not restricted to workout completion, personal records, days on the platform and more). Other data, images or music that you will upload, provide or post might be available publicly (That means that anyone can watch or listen to it). Your profile page might also be available publicly.

If you have registered to MailSurgeon directly, you may request us to delete any of your Personal Information from your account on MailSurgeon, for any reason you may have, by sending us an email to [email protected], and we will make reasonable efforts to delete any such information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
If you connected to MailSurgeon for the first time through your active Facebook profile, then you will not be able to delete your Personal Information directly from MailSurgeon. This is because you originally inserted such Personal Information to your profile on Facebook. To delete this Information, you will be required to edit your Facebook profile accordingly. Such deletion of Personal Information on your Facebook profile will be reflected on your account on MailSurgeon thereafter.
When you visit MailSurgeon, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies" (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your MailSurgeon experience much more convenient and effortless.
